The Services
-
If your school knows it needs more in the wellness space, but doesn’t know where to start, I offer schools:
Curriculum Development & Review — comprehensive, age-appropriate health and wellness curriculum for K-12 institutions
Consulting — strategic guidance for principals, wellness committees, and school boards looking to overhaul or strengthen existing programs
Teacher Training & Professional Development — equipping non-specialist teachers with the tools to bring wellness into their classrooms confidently
Parent Education Nights — bringing parents into the conversation in a way that builds trust between school and home
Student Programming — workshops, assemblies, and small-group sessions tailored to each grade level
I’ve developed one of the first truly comprehensive K-12 wellness curriculums and currently teach Health & Wellness full-time at The Meadows School in Las Vegas — so everything I bring to your school is classroom-tested and student-approved!

Wellness is better together and when it becomes a shared experience, everything shifts.
Corporate Wellness
In-person or virtual sessions for teams of any size. Topics include nervous system regulation, breathwork for performance, nutrition for the chronically busy, sleep optimization, and stress resilience. Each session is tailored to your team’s industry, schedule, and goals.
Workshops & Retreats
Some of the most meaningful wellness work happens off the clock…in living rooms, on weekend retreats, spas, and in the kind of gatherings where people actually slow down and pay attention.
I love designing custom workshops and retreat experiences for groups that want something more memorable than a generic wellness event:
Mother-Daughter workshops and weekends
Women’s circles and retreat getaways
Wellness-forward birthdays, milestones, and celebrations
Mom groups, book clubs, charity leagues, and small communities
Each experience is built collaboratively — your group, your goals, your vibe. Whether it’s a half-day mother-daughter intensive, a weekend women’s retreat in a beautiful setting, or a casual evening gathering with friends, we’ll create something that’s equal parts educational, restorative, and genuinely fun.
Speaking
No matter the stage: real talk, a little humor, and tools your audience can actually use the moment they walk out.
Topics I speak on:
The Wellness Industry vs. Real Health — separating the trends from the truths your audience actually needs
Raising Healthy Kids in an Unhealthy World — for parent groups, PTAs, and family-focused conferences
What the Health Are We Teaching?! — for educators, school leadership, and education-focused conferences
Eating Disorders: What We Miss in Boys, Girls, and Everyone in Between — for schools, athletic organizations, and parent communities
Hormones, Perimenopause, and the Conversation Women Aren’t Having — for women’s events, corporate women’s initiatives, and wellness retreats
Burnout, Cortisol, and the Cost of Doing Too Much — for corporate audiences, leadership teams, and high-performing professionals
Custom Topics — built collaboratively with you and your team
Available for: Keynotes · School events · Women’s events · Corporate Offsite · Wellness Summits · Industry Panels · Conference Breakouts · Podcast Guest Spots

I work one-on-one with clients across two specialties:
Wellness & Nutrition Coaching
Personalized support for adults, teens, and families who want real, sustainable health — without the rigid rules, trends, or overwhelm. Sessions cover whatever you actually need: nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, raising healthy kids, or simply learning what to ignore in the wellness space.
Eating Disorder Support
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, I provide one-on-one support for teens and adults who are navigating disordered eating, alongside guidance for the parents and partners who love them. This is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care — it’s the deeply human, education-forward, advocacy-based support that often gets missed in traditional treatment.
All sessions are virtual, so we can work together no matter where you are.
